• Fill out the form and mail or fax it to us with payment by check or money order or charge card. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and PAYPAL which accepts most cards.

• Domestic orders are shipped via U.P.S. or the U.S Post Office unless customer specifies otherwise.
• Orders of any size are welcome.
• Shipping and insurance charges will be added to your invoice. We will email an order confirmation with the total amount of your order including shipping charges. The minimum shipping charge is $4.00
• Orders are shipped F.O.B. Louisville, Colorado.

• U.P.S. Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day air service is available on all domestic shipments at extra charge.

• You now can pay by credit card. See instructions above for using our Order Form.
• Payment can also be made by check or money order in US funds. It's best to send us an email with the items you need - to check on current price and availability.
• Bounced checks will necessitate a $20.00 charge.

WE HAVE NO SURCHARGE FOR SMALL ORDERS

• If you are an open account customer, out of stock items are automatically placed on backorder for a period of 90 days, unless you specify otherwise. If items return to stock, they are automatically shipped and invoiced. Backorders are cancelled after 90 days and must be reordered.
• If you are a cash, or international customer, we cannot provide the backorder service indicated above. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date as suggested on your invoice.

All material is unconditionally guaranteed for one year unless otherwise specified.

• Returns must be made within 15 days.
• Special ordered items are not returnable.
• You must contact us before returning merchandise.
• Items cannot be accepted for return without a copy of the invoice or invoice number. Please include a short note to let us know the reason for the return.
• Defective items must be returned postpaid. Adjustment will be made upon evaluation of the defect.
• Tell us if you would like a credit, refund or exchange.
• There is a $3.00 restocking charge for returning parts incorrectly ordered.

• Claims for shortages or damage must be made within 5 days of delivery. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to The PM Company in writing or by email.
• Items cannot be accepted for return if modifications or alterations have been made.
• Exchanges, credits or refunds will not be made until items are returned.

• Prices for items in our catalog and supplements are contained in the current price list in effect.
• Prices, specifications and descriptions are subject to change without notice. All orders are invoiced using the current prices.
